Pomegranate Molasses Hot Honey Wings with Greener Pastures Chicken by Chef Amanda Saab

After a health scare, I take my chicken seriously, so when Greener Pastures reached out I was excited to try them. Halal, all natural, and organic and honestly, you can taste the difference.

These wings are crispy, buttermilk-marinated, and tossed in a glaze that is tangy, sweet, sticky and just the right amount of spicy.


We're talking crispy, golden, buttermilk-marinated wings tossed in the most gorgeous glaze — tangy pomegranate molasses, sweet honey, a hit of heat, and a little garlic. It's sweet, sticky, savory and has just the right amount of kick.

The marinade is everything here. Don't skip it, don't rush it. Give the chicken a good long soak and the buttermilk does this beautiful thing where it tenderizes the meat from the inside out. The result is juicy on the inside, shatteringly crispy on the outside.

The glaze comes together in minutes and honestly I could put it on everything. The pomegranate molasses brings this deep, fruity tartness that balances the honey perfectly.
