Chicken Pasta


Ground Chicken

  • 1 lb Greener Pastures Dark Ground Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne


  • 1 bag (8.5 oz) Barilla Ready Pasta Rotini, or your choice of pasta
  • 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese


Mix spices and seasonings together with raw, thawed GPC ground product. Cook at a lower temperature so the ground product doesn’t dry out. Can be cooked in smoker, or if in a skillet, cook at a medium temperature. Make sure there is no pink left. 

Boil water and salt, then add pasta. 

Start heating your favorite pasta sauce in a saucepan, on low heat. 

Cook pasta to al Dente (approximately 8-10 minutes). 

Remove pasta from water and drain in a strainer over the sink. 

Mix chicken and pasta in saucepan. Remove from heat and plate. Add cheese.
