Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
Ground Chicken
- 1 lb Greener Pastures Dark Ground Chicken
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
Pasta
- 1 bag (8.5 oz) Barilla Ready Pasta Rotini, or your choice of pasta
- 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Mix spices and seasonings together with raw, thawed GPC ground product. Cook at a lower temperature so the ground product doesn’t dry out. Can be cooked in smoker, or if in a skillet, cook at a medium temperature. Make sure there is no pink left.Â
Boil water and salt, then add pasta.Â
Start heating your favorite pasta sauce in a saucepan, on low heat.Â
Cook pasta to al Dente (approximately 8-10 minutes).Â
Remove pasta from water and drain in a strainer over the sink.Â
Mix chicken and pasta in saucepan. Remove from heat and plate. Add cheese.
